Delete your account

Deletes your ProjectID and the personal data attached to it. This cannot be undone.

You can also do this in the app under Profile → Delete account. Use this page if you no longer have the app installed.

What gets deleted

Your name, email, phone number and profile photo
Your sign-in credentials (password and site PIN)
Your emergency medical information — blood type, allergies, conditions, medications, doctor
Your certifications and their uploaded photos
Your employment history and company links

What we have to keep

Site sign-in records and signed safety forms stay in your employer's project records — they're workplace safety documents the employer is legally required to retain (WorkSafeBC). Your personal details are stripped from them, so the record remains but no longer identifies you. Work you contributed to a company's projects (daily logs, photos, drawings) belongs to that company and stays with it.

If you own a company on ProjectOS

You'll need to transfer ownership to another admin — or delete the company first — before your own account can be deleted, so your team isn't stranded. The form below will tell you if this applies.
