How long does it take to get started?
You can create your company and start a project in minutes. Upload a drawing set, build an estimate, and open site sign-in the same day — no card required to begin the 30-day trial.
Is my company's data private and secure?
Yes. Access is company-scoped — each company sees only its own projects and people — and sensitive medical and emergency information is encrypted at rest. We are not yet SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified; we'll say so plainly rather than imply otherwise.
Do my workers have to pay?
No. Every worker gets a free ProjectID — their portable profile, tickets and certifications — and the field app is free for them, forever. Only the company subscribes.
Can I get my data out?
Your projects, estimates and records are yours. Project-level reports are built in, and you can export your data — you're never locked in.
Does it integrate with P6, accounting or BIM tools?
Not yet — ProjectOS is a self-contained platform today, and deeper integrations (scheduling, accounting/ERP, BIM) are on the roadmap. If a specific integration is a deal-breaker, tell us in the signup form and we'll be straight with you about timing.
Will you help us move our current projects over?
Yes. We onboard you hands-on and help bring your active projects across so you're not starting from a blank slate.
How does Beta pricing work?
Your first month is free. Then it's $10/month for your whole company through your first year (months 2–13), and $150/month in your second year (months 14–25) — both locked Beta rates until ProjectOS fully launches.
