Support

Real people, based in British Columbia. We answer every message.
Email us — this is the only support address:

We aim to reply within one business day. Site-down or "I can't sign in" issues jump the queue — put URGENT in the subject line.

Common questions

I can't sign in.

Use Forgot password? on the sign-in page first. If you're a field worker without an email address, sign in with your phone number and PIN instead. Still stuck — email us and we'll reset it for you.

How do I stay signed in?

On the sign-in screen, set Keep me signed in to "For a week" or "Stay signed in". You can change it any time in Profile → Staying signed in. The default signs you out when the app is closed, which is the safer choice on a shared site tablet.

Drawings won't open on site with no signal.

Drawings have to be downloaded for offline use before you lose signal. Open the drawing set while you still have a connection and use Download for offline. Downloaded sheets survive app updates.

Something says "briefly down for maintenance".

We're deploying an update. You can still read everything; saving is paused for a few minutes. Any scheduled maintenance is announced in the app beforehand.

Who can see my emergency medical information?

It's encrypted at rest and shown only to you and to authorized site safety staff who may need it in an emergency. You can delete it — and your whole account — at any time. See Privacy and Delete your account.

How do I delete my account or my data?

In the app: Profile → Delete account. Without the app: projectos.ca/delete-account. Site sign-in and signed safety records stay with your employer as legally required, with your personal details removed.

I asked for a password reset and nothing arrived.

Automatic email is still being switched on. Email us and we'll send your reset link by hand — usually within the hour during business hours.

Billing, plans and invoices.

Email us and we'll sort it out. Please get in touch before disputing a charge — it's almost always faster to fix directly.
