🚀 Getting started

  • Create your first project (＋ New Project on the projects home)
  • Upload drawings — sheets are auto-labelled
  • Invite your office team (Settings → staff) and add workers (they get a free ProjectID)
  • Use the Get set up checklist on the projects home to track your first steps

📐 Estimating & takeoff

  • Build an estimate by phase or cost code
  • Do quantity takeoff right on the drawing (count, length, area)
  • Award turns the estimate into your budget

📄 Drawings

  • Upload a PDF set — each sheet is detected and named
  • View, zoom, and mark up sheets; track revisions
  • Drop location pins from forms onto a drawing

💲 Progress billing & invoicing

  • Progress claims auto-build from your budget by % complete
  • Last month's billings carry forward; holdback & GST applied
  • Record payments (EFT / cheque / card) and see receivables

🦺 Site sign-in & safety

Common questions

A worker doesn't have an email — can they still sign in?
Yes. Field workers sign in with their phone number + a 4-digit PIN, typically from a shared site tablet. Office users sign in with email + password.
How do people sign into a meeting with the QR code?
Open the meeting — a QR appears in the header (and you can print a poster). Anyone scans it on their phone, enters their name (or their ProjectID), and they're added to the attendance list.
Do I own my data? Can I export it?
Yes — you own everything you put in, you can export it, and you're never locked in. Closing your account removes access but doesn't destroy your records beyond legal/accounting retention.
Is tax included in the $75?
Price is exclusive of tax; applicable GST/HST is added at checkout based on your province.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Nothing is deleted and you keep access — you'll get a reminder to add billing. Subscribe from Settings → Subscription & billing whenever you're ready.
Is my company's data private?
Each company is isolated — you only ever see your own projects and people. Sensitive medical/emergency fields are encrypted at rest. See our Privacy Policy.
