ProjectOS is construction-management software (estimating, takeoff, drawings, project controls, progress billing, accounting, site sign-in and safety) provided by ProjectOS. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity under your company's account. You must give accurate information and follow applicable laws on your projects. The company account owner is responsible for the users they invite.
New companies get a 30-day free trial with no card required. After the trial, the platform is a flat monthly subscription per company (workers are always free). Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card details. You can cancel anytime and won't be charged for the next period. Fees are in Canadian dollars and are exclusive of taxes — applicable sales tax (GST/HST) is added at checkout based on your province. As an early-stage product, pricing may change with notice.
You own the data you put into ProjectOS — your projects, estimates, records and documents. We act as a custodian to provide the service. You can export your data, and you're never locked in. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.
ProjectOS includes safety templates and a generated site-specific safety plan based on the WorkSafeBC Occupational Health and Safety Regulation. This content is a starting template, not legal or safety advice. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any safety plan with a qualified safety professional before relying on it, and for your own compliance with all applicable regulations.
Don't misuse the service: no illegal activity, no attempting to breach security or access other companies' data, no uploading malware, and no reselling the service without permission.
ProjectOS is an actively developing product offered "as is." We work hard on uptime and accuracy but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
We may update these terms and will note the date above; significant changes get reasonable notice. You can close your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of British Columbia.
